Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth, safe, and professional experience, all clients are required to provide accurate details when booking. If the information submitted (such as location, photo ID, number of guests, service details, etc) differs upon arrival, the service will not be performed out of respect for our service provider's safety, privacy, and professional standards. In such cases, 50% of the total service cost will be charged as a cancellation fee to compensate for the reserved time and travel.
